These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the website aamplesuite.com and any related services provided by AamSuite.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

3. Service Offerings

AamSuite provides AI-driven solution packages, custom engagements, information products, and physical goods designed to enhance operational workflows and data insights.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees for services, products, and goods are payable in advance as specified at purchase. Charges will be billed to your chosen payment method and invoiced through aamplesuite.com.

5. Cancellation and Scheduling

Clients may cancel or reschedule service appointments up to 48 hours before commencement without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a scheduling fee.

6. Refund Policy

AamSuite is committed to fair practices and provides the following guidelines for reimbursements.

6.1 Services

For structured solution packages and ongoing subscriptions, you may request a reimbursement within the first 7 days of activation. Approved reimbursements will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days. A credit toward future service may be offered for partial usage. Live training sessions and bespoke consulting bookings are non-refundable due to fixed instructor commitments.

6.2 Information Products

Digital materials such as e-books, templates, and recorded courses may be reimbursed within 7 days of download. To initiate, contact our team with purchase details. Reimbursements are completed within 10 business days following approval.

6.3 Physical Goods

Physical items must be sent back to AamSuite in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Once received and inspected, a reimbursement will be issued within 7 business days. Shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the client.

7. Transfers and Credits

Clients holding unused service hours or product credits may request a transfer to another individual or to future offerings. All transfers are subject to AamSuite approval and schedule availability.

8. Non-Reimbursable Offerings

Certain custom development projects, one-off deliverables, and expedited services are explicitly non-reimbursable due to resource allocation and preparatory work. Such terms will be clearly stated and agreed upon prior to purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, methodologies, and deliverables remain the sole property of AamSuite unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AamSuite shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.
